All of my newborn sessions are special. It’s a always an honour to be invited into the home where a new life has been welcomed but this session for me was extra special! Here we have Laura and her tiny baby Noah. Laura and I have been friends for a long time now, 16 years to be precise! She was the first person to befriend me when I moved to Manchester at 10 years of age and we’ve been together ever since! It’s incredible to see her now flourishing as a Mother with her little family, I am one proud portrait photographer in Bristol!
I absolutely adore this image of Noah and his dreamy little smile, my favourite from our session together. What brought on this sweet smile, is he dreaming or is it just wind?!
I hope this newborn portrait of her son brings Laura a smile whenever she looks at it.
Lauras pregnancy wasn’t without its worries and the birth wasn’t the easiest. But in this image with her son nestled asleep in her arms, she looks to the future with a smile that says, “I wouldn’t change a thing.” Mothers are superheroes!
